OYAKI FARM, designed by our office, was built in full compliance with international hygiene standards (HACCP).
The March 2025 issue of the professional journal Monthly HACCP features an article on how Irohado, the client, came to build OYAKI FARM, how they met stringent hygiene requirements, and how they preserved the quality and taste of their traditional oyaki.
While visitors to OYAKI FARM can observe parts of the production process, the article offers a deeper look into quality control and production steps that are usually not visible—making it a truly fascinating read.
We hope that those interested in HACCP-compliant food facilities, as well as anyone curious about the project, will enjoy reading the article.
